Three surfaces. Every training style.

Different floor exercises ask different things from your mat. Balance work needs a firm connection. Restorative stretching needs cushioning. Pilates needs spine protection. Here is how our three surfaces compare.

Type 01 4mm

Premium Yoga Mats

A reliable yoga mat provides the foundation for your entire practice. We offer mats with non-slip surfaces that maintain their grip even during intense sessions. The thickness is balanced to provide cushioning for the joints without sacrificing the stability needed for balance poses.

Type 02 10mm – 15mm

Supportive Pilates Mats

Pilates mats are generally thicker than standard yoga mats to provide extra protection for the spine and hips during rolling exercises. Our mats are made from high-density NBR or TPE materials that offer excellent rebound, making them ideal for stretching for beginners who may need more comfort during floor-based movements.

Type 03 Straps + Blocks

Stretching Straps & Blocks

Stretching is about more than reaching for your toes; it is about controlled movement through a full range of motion. Our straps and blocks help you reach positions that might otherwise be inaccessible. These tools allow for a gradual progression in flexibility without straining the body.

What goes into a surface worth training on. Each layer serves a function — from grip texture to impact absorption. Here is how our mats are built.

Yoga mat cross-section layers
Layer 01

Grip Surface

The top layer is a textured, non-slip surface that maintains its grip even during intense sessions. This is the layer your hands and feet make contact with, and its texture determines how secure you feel in balance poses. We test grip under sweaty conditions because that is when it matters most.

Layer 02

Cushion Core

The middle layer absorbs impact and provides cushioning for joints. In our thicker pilates mats, this core is made from high-density NBR or TPE — materials chosen for their rebound properties. The core compresses under load and returns to shape, supporting the body through rolling exercises and floor work.

Layer 03

Floor Bond

The bottom layer prevents the mat from sliding on smooth floors. A textured underside grips wood, tile, and low-pile carpet without adhesive residues. This layer is what keeps a yoga mat planted during downward dog and a pilates mat stable during leg circles.

Layer 04

Closed-Cell Skin

A closed-cell exterior prevents sweat and moisture from soaking into the material. After each session, a simple wipe-down is all that is required to keep your equipment fresh and ready for use. This technology also extends the life of the mat by keeping the foam core dry.

04 / Active Stretching

Resistance bands for active stretching.

Adding resistance to your stretches can help engage the muscles while they lengthen. This technique, known as PNF stretching, can be performed safely using our fitness bands. The bands provide a counter-force that helps you control the stretch and avoid overextending the joints.

Unlike static stretching, where you hold a position, active stretching with resistance bands asks the muscle to contract as it releases. The result is a more controlled range of motion and better engagement of the surrounding stabilisers.

Resistance bands for active stretching
Step 01

Anchor the band to a fixed point or your own foot. The band should be taut but not stretched at the starting position.

Step 02

Contract the target muscle against the band's resistance for five to eight seconds. The band provides a consistent, measurable counter-force.

Step 03

Release the contraction and let the band assist a gentle stretch. The muscle relaxes into a wider range of motion under control.

05 / Thickness Guide

Choosing your mat thickness.

Mat thickness is a personal preference that depends on your floor surface and joint sensitivity. A 4mm mat offers a firm connection to the floor for balance, while a 10mm or 15mm mat provides maximum comfort for restorative stretching.

4mm

A firm connection to the floor. Best for standing poses, balance work, and practitioners who need ground feedback. The standard yoga mat thickness for most studio classes.

Yoga / Balance
8mm

A middle ground. Extra cushioning for wrists and knees without losing stability. A good all-purpose thickness for mixed yoga and stretching sessions on harder floors.

All-Purpose
10mm

Maximum comfort for restorative stretching and floor-based Pilates. The extra padding protects the spine and hips during rolling exercises. Ideal for beginners building confidence on the floor.

Pilates / Restorative
15mm

Thickest available. Full cushioning for sensitive joints, gentle fitness, and mobility tools for seniors. Best on hard floors where comfort matters more than ground connection.

Gentle / Senior
Gentle fitness equipment for all ages
All Ages

Cushioned mats and soft-grip tools make joint mobility easier without unnecessary stress.

06 / Gentle Fitness

Gentle fitness equipment for all ages.

Flexibility is vital at every stage of life. We provide gentle fitness equipment that is easy to use and low-impact. For seniors or those returning to activity, our cushioned mats and soft-grip stretching tools make it easier to maintain joint mobility without unnecessary stress.

A thicker mat, a softer strap, and a stable surface can be the difference between a routine that sticks and one that fades. Our equipment is designed to look good in your home while providing the professional performance you would expect in a commercial studio.

07 / Maintenance

Easy maintenance and hygiene.

Fitness gear should be easy to keep clean. Our mats feature closed-cell technology that prevents sweat and moisture from soaking into the material. A simple wipe-down after each session is all that is required to keep your equipment fresh and ready for use.

  • Closed-cell exterior

Moisture stays on the surface rather than soaking into the foam core. This keeps the mat dry inside and extends its usable life.

  • Wipe-down in seconds

A damp cloth with mild soap after each session is all it takes. No machine washing, no special cleaners, no soaking.

  • Air-dry flat

Let the mat air-dry flat or hung over a bar. Avoid direct heat or sunlight, which can degrade the foam and shorten the surface's working life.

  • Roll, do not fold

Rolling the mat loosely after use preserves the grip texture and cushion core. Folding creates creases that weaken the material over time.

08 / Consistency

Improving long-term flexibility.

Consistency is the primary driver of improved flexibility. By creating a dedicated space with a high-quality mat, you are more likely to stick to your daily routine. Our equipment is designed to look good in your home while providing the professional performance you would expect in a commercial studio.
